Employee Assistance Support
Our Employee Assistance support provides short-term, solution-focused counselling for employees experiencing challenges that may affect their health, wellbeing, or work performance.
Support may include:

• Workplace pressure, change, or uncertainty
• Personal life challenges impacting work
Employees do not need to be in crisis to access EAP support. Early engagement helps reduce escalation, absenteeism, and productivity loss.

Growth Online Counselling operates independently from your organisation.
All sessions are confidential. No identifying information is shared with the employer without the employee’s written consent, except where required by law or professional obligation.
